As a company that serves over 20 million customers, CelcomDigi has a responsibility to protect the safety and security of our customers while fostering a more secure digital environment for all Malaysians. Through the S.A.F.E. Internet programme, we strive to empower Malaysians to be responsible and resilient digital citizens. We support Creators IRL and Youths IRL through digital safety masterclasses, offering on-ground experiences to youths, and providing resources and supporting content creators in digital safety advocacy.

The Communications and Multimedia Content Forum of Malaysia (Content Forum)

The Content Forum is a self-regulatory organisation, and a registered industry forum dedicated to facilitating and advocating for the self-regulation of content on electronic networked mediums in Malaysia. It establishes content standards and best practices through a Content Code and ensures compliance via a Complaints Bureau. The Content Forum maintains a strong working relationship with content industry players, including social media platforms, to address online harms and ensure the protection of children. The Content Forum believes that collaboration and a multi-stakeholder approach is the best way to ensure a safe and thriving content industry. Additionally, it supports open dialogues on these issues, believing such conversations are a catalyst for change.

SAYS also amplifies important and current issues through entertaining and creative content, and has always been a champion of online safety. As the official partner for this programme, SAYS is highlighting and addressing critical issues about online safety, as well as providing coverage on what’s happening in Creators IRL and Youths IRL.
